chatle1. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Chatle; if your country sets a higher limit, that applies. You are responsible for the security of your account and for what is done with it. You may not open an account on someone else's behalf.
2. Community guidelines: zero tolerance
You can block users and report content and people. Content that breaks the rules is removed; accounts that break them are suspended or closed for good.
3. Your content
You own the content you share. So that we can run the service, you give Chatle permission to store, show and transmit that content. The permission ends when you delete the content; messages others have already received are excluded.
4. Deal blocks and Showcase
- Chatle is not a party to deals and is not responsible for payment, delivery or disputes.
- The SHA-256 digest in a receipt shows the record has not been altered; it is not a legal e-signature.
- Product details in Showcase are pulled from shops automatically and may be wrong.
5. Chatle Plus and assistant credit
Chatle is free. The optional Chatle Plus subscription and call assistant credit are offered only through Apple In-App Purchase; Apple takes the payment and Apple’s Media Services Terms apply.
What Plus includes: the call assistant (calls, passing messages to your contacts, reminder calls, answering customers), the green tick after identity verification, US$5 of assistant credit each month, the Plus badge on your profile, and your listings shown first in nearby and newest in Çarşı.
Price and renewal: US$25 a month or US$200 a year; elsewhere the local price shown by the App Store applies. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period.
Assistant credit: packs of US$5, US$25 and US$100. Assistant calls use the assistant owner’s credit at 5 cents a minute; when it runs out, the call ends. Credit doesn’t expire, can’t be cashed out and can’t be transferred. Refunds are requested from Apple; credit Apple refunds is removed from the account.
Complimentary Plus: accounts that had the green tick before Plus get Plus at no cost, with nothing to do. A green tick earned under a subscription is hidden when Plus ends and returns when it is renewed.
AI: the assistant is an AI and can make mistakes; check what it says about prices, bookings or promises with its owner. At the start of every call it says it is an AI and that the call is transcribed. You may not use the assistant to harass or mislead people, or for anything illegal.
6. Hizmetin sağlanması
The service is provided “as is” and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted; the current state is shared on the system status page . To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Accounts that break the terms may be closed; you can also delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes; in consumer transactions your right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
