Open the QR on your computer and scan it from Profile › Settings on your phone. Codes are single-use and refresh every 2 minutes.

Allow Chatle notifications in your phone's settings; check whether the room is muted.
Check the microphone permission and look at the “Live audio” row on the system status page.
